Fashion Inspiration: Anjelica Huston

I have always been a fan of Anjelica Huston, the fashion and film icon best know for her roles in "Prizzi's Honor", "The Addams Family", and "The Royal Tannenbaums" (as well as practically every other Wes Anderson flick). Daughter of esteemed director John Huston, Anjelica was raised Hollywood royalty, but has always managed to come across as grounded, well spoken, and very likable. With her iconic androgynous features and her ever-present blunt haircut, Huston has maintained an enviable style that sets her apart from other actresses of her generation.


One of my favorite roles Huston played was that of the Grand High Witch in "The Witches." I had legitimate nightmares about her character as a child, and I've still yet to see anybody be so stylishly terrifying since.
I would describe Huston's style as modern bohemian, with an emphasis on bold black and white pieces highlighted by statement jewelry. While you don't have to rock a Cleopatra bob to replicate her look, it definitely doesn't hurt.
