Strawberry Banana Mango Smoothie


Spring is just around the corner. I keep telling myself this, but I'm having trouble believing it, especially since we just got seven inches of snow over the weekend. Still, this combination of strawberries, banana and mango (strawbango? strawmana?) helped. It's like a sunny spring day in a glass.


Strawberry Banana Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cup strawberries
1 cup chopped mango
1 banana
1 cup ice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

If you prefer a creamier smoothie, substitute milk for the orange juice. If you happen to have either frozen mango, strawberries, or banana you can omit the ice. Enjoy! Just 17 more days to go til spring is here for real.
