I love Penelope Tree's look. Her messy fringe, her cartoonish eyeliner, her nude lip. She's just so much fun! Not only that, it's a great look for summer. So skip the foundation, brush on a little bronzer, line em' up and curl the bejesus out of those lashes! Why not make like a Tree and preen?
